Foundations 4 Fitness is a mobile, community based, personal training corporation. We recognize that the mainstream medical and fitness industries often push one-size-fits-all protocols, ignoring the unique physiology and history of each person. Foundations 4 Fitness rejects that approach. Your recovery is not a standard protocol - it is a personal journey. We prioritize understanding your current limitations, your medical history, and your goals, then design a progression that honors your body’s signals. Our training philosophy also recognizes that true health extends beyond the gym. Nutritional support, adequate sleep, stress management; and toxin avoidance all play roles in recovery from trauma and surgery. While we focus on movement and exercise, we encourage clients to explore complementary natural approach - whole foods, clean water, and minimizing exposure to environmental chemicals - to support their body’s repair processes.
