We Are

Welcome to Foundations 4 Fitness, a locally owned personal training corporation built on the conviction that every body possesses an innate capacity to heal, adapt, and rebuild. Our founder, Matthw, knows this truth firsthand. At 29 he suffered multiple cardiac events that left him hospitalized for an extended period, including a lengthy drug-induced coma. When he emerged, he had lost 85 pounds, could not use his right arm, struggled to speak clearly, and was unable to lift his own young son. The conventual medical system offered him a grim prognosis. Matthew rejected the narrative that his body was beyond repair. Through disciplined, patient work focused on rebuilding from the ground up, he recovered not only his strength but his ability to live fully. Foundations 4 Fitness is the living embodiment of that journey.
